Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

• You must be a registered attendee of ISC West 2024 to enter.

• Only one (1) entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries by the same individual will be disqualified.

• Entrants must be an end-user or an integrator/technology partner representative to qualify. Entries from competitors or other non-qualifying parties will not be considered.

Entry & Winner Selection:

• No purchase necessary to enter or win.

• Entries must be submitted through the designated method outlined in the giveaway promotion.

• The giveaway period begins on March 5th, 2025 and ends on April 3rd, 2025. Entries submitted outside this timeframe will not be considered.

• The winner(s) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and notified via email or phone within 10 days after the giveaway closes. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, an alternate winner may be chosen.

Prize Conditions:

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.

• Any applicable taxes, fees, or additional costs associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

• The winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility, complete a liability/publicity release, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

General Terms:

• By entering, you agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of Intellicene Inc., which are final and binding.

•  Intellicene Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms, appears fraudulent, or is deemed inappropriate.

• By entering, you grant Intellicene Inc. permission to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

• This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by ISC West, Security Industry Association (SIA), RX Global or any other third party unless explicitly stated.

• ISC West, Security Industry Association (SIA), RX Global, the Venue or any other third party unless explicitly stated are released by any participants in the giveaway.

•  Intellicene Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or legal compliance issues.
