If you missed us at this year’s event, here’s everything you need to know about our reintroduction at ISC West 2025.
This year, we had the pleasure of previewing the concept for our newest situational intelligence offering, LEAP (Law Enforcement Awareness Platform). LEAP is Intellicene’s latest responder support solution, designed to empower law enforcement officers, fire departments, and emergency responders with real-time, actionable insights during critical events, equipping them with the information they need to save lives in the field more effectively. But how does it work, exactly?
- Seamless Integration: LEAP connects with your existing security setup with minimal configuration—no need for new edge hardware.
- Event Detection: A security event is triggered by AI analytics, device alerts, or an emergency call.
- Alert Verification: The alert is sent to Alarm Central or your GSOC (Global Security Operations Center) for verification.
- Emergency Escalation: Alarm Central contacts 911 and informs them that live video is available if a real emergency is confirmed.Â
- Link Delivery: A secure, time-limited video link is sent to the 911 operator, who shares it with responding units (law enforcement, fire, or EMS).
- Real-Time Access: First responders have immediate access to live video feeds and, when permitted, recorded footage, which gives them vital context before arriving.
- Automatic Expiry: The video link deactivates automatically after a set period to maintain security, compliance, and an auditable record.
In addition to LEAP, we unveiled the star of the show for the first time for demos: the Intellicene Monitoring Hub. The Monitoring Hub gives security teams a clear, real-time view across all connected systems, removing the guesswork from security system management. With so many devices spread across multiple sites, keeping everything running smoothly can feel like a never-ending task. The Monitoring Hub changes that.Â
It gives security teams a real-time, visual snapshot of device health across their entire network: cameras, servers, edge devices, and more. Instead of discovering a camera went offline after an incident, teams get early alerts and clear status updates to help fix issues before they disrupt operations. It even tracks performance metrics and inventory details like firmware versions and retention times, making it easier than ever to stay ahead of system maintenance.
Beyond the brand-new technologies we got to share with the world, the energy in Las Vegas was off the charts. The Intellicene booth was packed with conversations, handshakes, and plenty of caffeine-fueled catch-ups. We saw familiar faces, met new ones, and had real conversations with clients, partners, prospects, and security media analysts from every corner of the industry.
